What to do in case of error?
One of your devices shows an error or defect? Our service technicians support you with words and deeds. Please proceed as follows, to ensure that the operability of your device is restored as fast as possible:
- Please fill in our error report as complete as possible and send it back to us by e-mail or by fax. The more detailed information you provide, the faster and more targeted we can help you. If you have questions on filling in the report, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Error Report
- As soon as we have received and evaluated your error report, one of our service technicians will get in touch with you. Together we will agree on the next steps and the conditions of the repair.
- In many cases it is necessary to send the device to our facility for further examination and repair. Most of our products have a value of several thousand Euros. To avoid transport damages and unnecessary delays of the repair, please consider the following guidelines:
Guidelines for safe transportation
Please forward these guidelines to your shipping department as well!
- Send the device with all necessary accessories (cables, power supply, adapters, and i. a. corresponding software). If you are not sure about the accessories, please feel free to contact our service department. This helps to avoid delays in the processing time caused by missing accessories and you will get back your device faster.
- In case of warranty repairs, please use the original packaging. Please keep the original packaging at least for the length of warranty.
- Devices up to 20 kg shall be packed up in a cardboard box with adequate buffering (e.g. Styrofoam chips).
- Devices over 20 kg shall be packed up in a cardboard box and then be fixed on a palette. For very valuable devices we recommend a tailored wooden box.
- Devices over 150 kg shall be packed in a tailored wooden box or shall be shipped through a carrier specialized on transport of unpacked goods.

- Please note that we will charge the customer for a safe packaging or the shipment through a specialized carrier, if we don not receive a device in a transport-safe packaging.
