17th November 2011- ETS-Lindgren opens European Service Centre in Munich, Germany
ETS-Lindgren provides improved local service for European Customers by opening the European Service Centre at its subsidiary emv GmbH in Taufkirchen nearby Munich.
Emv’s Service department has been supporting various product lines such as RF and Microwave Amplifiers, EMC and RF Testing Instrumentation and AC/DC Power Sources for more than 20 years. Since March 2011 emv GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of ETS-Lindgren. From November 2011 the Service Centre in Munich will coordinate all service activities for ETS-Lindgren in Europe. “With its geographical location in the heart of Europe, the experienced team and well-established infrastructure, emv is the ideal site for our European Service Centre” says Bruce Butler, President of ETS-Lindgren. The service offer includes repairs, maintenance and calibrations as well as an on-site-service for larger devices and maintenance contracts with short reaction times.
The European Service Centre will help to reduce turn-around times for repairs and maintenance activities significantly and will help ETS-Lindgren to get closer to the European customers.
The emv-Service Team receives regular training for all ETS-Lindgren products and works in close cooperation with the ETS-Lindgren global customer support.
We will continue to support all current product lines such as AR, Magna Power, Dare, Kaelus/Summitek or ThermoFisher Scientific. “The Service Team is excited about taking over this
