19th January 2012- New FlexSorb ™ RF Absorber Increases Durability While Maintaining Performance
Traditional RF absorbers are stiff, and can be damaged on impact from an equipment cart or by people, especially in high traffic areas like chamber entry ways and floors. ETS-Lindgren’s new FlexSorb RF absorber solves the problem by being able to bend and then return to its original shape without breaking.
As an added benefit, FlexSorb does not absorb dust or “dust out”, and is non-hygroscopic.
FlexSorb’s performance has been tested and confirmed in a lab. Results show that FlexSorb maintains the same high performance as ETS-Lindgren’s standard RF absorber. FlexSorb absorber is available in configurations for EMC, Microwave and Wireless applications.
Standard color choices are black and blue. Other colors are available on request.
